Mutirikwi REIT is a Real Estate Investment Trust created to pool funds from investors and develop a diversified portfolio of income-generating real estate properties (residential, commercial, and industrial). As the first provincial REIT in Zimbabwe, Mutirikwi offers both capital growth and regular income to investors, especially targeting those who want exposure to real estate without owning or managing property themselves.

What we do
Our REIT aims to provide investors with a stable income stream and long-term capital appreciation through a diversified portfolio of income-generating properties.
We develop the infrastructure of the country and to deliver attractive returns to investors through a combination of rental income and property value growth. Most of the REITs are based in Harare and Victoria Falls. This is the first REIT to be established outside of Harare.
